Boris Elisman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Boris Elisman is the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Elisman had been President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2013 and was appointed as Chairman of the Board in May 2016. Mr. Elisman served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2010 and was President, ACCO Brands Americas from 2008 to 2010. In 2008, he served as President of the Company’s Global Office Products Group and from 2004 to 2008, he served as President of the Company’s Computer Products Group. Elisman is a member of the Board of Trustees of Glenwood Academy and serves on the National Business Products Council for City of Hope, a leading research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases. 

Thomas W. Tedford, President and Chief Operating Officer

Thomas W. Tedford was named President and Chief Operating Officer in September 2021. Mr. Tedford was Executive Vice President and President of ACCO Brands North America from February 2018 through August 2021. He was responsible for ACCO Brands’ businesses in North America, including the company’s Asia supply chain. Previously, Tedford had been Executive Vice President and President, ACCO Brands U.S. Office and Consumer Products, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Product Development. He joined the company in 2010.

Roxanne Bernstein, Executive Vice President and President, ACCO Brands North America

Roxanne Bernstein was named Executive Vice President and President, ACCO Brands North America in September 2021. Prior to joining ACCO Brands, she was President of Crystal Farms Dairy Company, a subsidiary of Post Holdings (a Fortune 500 company). She has deep and broad experience in marketing, strategy and general management in consumer and food businesses.

Patrick Buchenroth, Executive Vice President and President, ACCO Brands International

Pat Buchenroth is Executive Vice President and President, International, a role he has held since 2017. He is responsible for business results in Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Caribbean and Central America. Prior to his current role, he was Vice President of Finance and Strategy, and managed the Emerging Markets businesses of ACCO Brands from 2013 through 2016. He came to ACCO Brands with the MeadWestvaco merger, where he had been working in various finance roles since 2002.

Neal V. Fenwick, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Neal Fenwick has served as Chief Financial Officer of ACCO Brands Corporation since the company’s inception in August 2005. Before his current role, Fenwick served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for ACCO World, a predecessor company to ACCO Brands, which was then a subsidiary of Fortune Brands Inc. Joining the company in 1984, Fenwick’s experience encompasses significant expertise across a broad range of key management positions throughout ACCO Brands, both in EMEA and North America.

Cezary L. Monko, Executive Vice President and President, Europe, Middle East and Africa

Cezary Monko is Executive Vice President and President, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He manages ACCO Brands’ business in the corresponding regions, with direct responsibility for sales, marketing and operations, and shared responsibility for finance, IT, legal and human resources. He worked for Esselte, which was acquired by ACCO Brands in 2017, for 25 years.

Mark C. Anderson, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Mark Anderson, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, has been with ACCO Brands since 2007. Anderson is responsible for ACCO Brands’ inorganic growth strategy, which includes acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments and joint ventures. Additionally, he contributes to the company’s annual strategic planning process.

Jagannath Bobji, Senior Vice President, Global Planning and Financial Analysis, and Treasurer

Jagannath Bobji (JB) is Senior Vice President, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, and Treasurer for ACCO Brands. Bobji is responsible for global business planning, forecasting and analytics, as well as optimizing the company's capital allocation, managing cash and debt globally and maintaining banking relationships. Bobji joined the company in 2008 and has held various other positions, including Director of Corporate Development and Vice President of Finance and Strategy for the U.S.

Stephen J. Byers, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Stephen J. Byers is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at ACCO Brands and has been with the company since 2019. Byers leads ACCO Brands’ Information Technology function and is responsible for global cybersecurity, IT business and e-commerce applications, infrastructure, and IT governance. Prior to joining ACCO Brands, Byers served as Chief Information Office and Group Vice President at Tate & Lyle.

James Dudek, Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer

James Dudek is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for ACCO Brands. In his role, Dudek oversees global accounting and consolidation, internal controls over financial reporting, accounting policies and external Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting. He joined ACCO Brands in 2017. Prior to that, Dudek worked at Richardson Electronics and Career Education Corporation.

Angela Jones, Senior Vice President, Global Chief People Officer

Angela Jones joined ACCO Brands in December 2019 as Senior Vice President and Global Chief People Officer. In this role, she is focused on managing the Global Human Resources function and delivering and executing a people plan to compliment and enable the accelerated business transformation from a commercial brands company to a global consumer brands enterprise. Prior to joining ACCO Brands, Jones served in various senior level human resources roles at Compass Minerals, Rembrandt Foods, and Conagra Brands.

Greg McCormack , Senior Vice President, Global Products and Operations

Greg McCormack is Senior Vice President, Global Products and Operations and is responsible for all U.S. manufacturing, distribution and supply chain activities, along with Asia operations. He joined Fortune Brands, a predecessor company to ACCO Brands, in 1996, starting at Master Lock and moved to ACCO Brands in 2001. McCormack has held numerous senior management positions at ACCO Brands, leading groups at different points in time in North America, Europe and the Global Products Organization.

Neil McLachlan , Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Neil McLachlan is Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, for ACCO Brands. He facilitates corporate business strategy development with the business units and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors and works in coordination with Corporate Development to implement the company's acquisition strategy. McLachlan joined the company in 2012, after the merger of ACCO Brands with MeadWestvaco’s Consumer and Office Products Division, where he had served as President for 13 years. Prior to his current position, he served as Executive Vice President and President of ACCO Brands’ International Business, managing operations in Canada, Europe, Latin America, Brazil and Asia Pacific.

Pamela R. Schneider, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Pamela Schneider, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has been with ACCO Brands since 2012. She is an active member of the executive leadership team and manages both the legal and corporate compliance functions and handles all corporate secretarial functions. Prior to joining ACCO Brands, Schneider served as General Counsel at Accertify, Inc., and as General Counsel and Secretary at Movie Gallery, Inc.
