Making Memories Pop! GBC® Introduces Personalized Photo Pouches

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. (April 12, 2007) – Precious memories like family vacations or scoring the first goal at a soccer game, can now be saved in a new, fashionable way that adds personality to photos. As a result of a recent consumer study in which GBC® found 71 percent use lamination to preserve for the future and 30 percent laminate photos using self seal pouches, GBC is introducing the new PhotoPOP!™ laminated 4” x 6” photo pouches.

The PhotoPOP! pouches can bring creativity and fun to preserving, displaying and sharing special moments as they are available in several designs, from sports to vacation to birthday themes. They offer custom designed borders for any picture, making a colorful addition to a scrap booking project. Images can easily be placed inside the flexible frame by opening the pouch, peeling back the liner, centering the photo, and sealing it so a personal message can be written on the back.

PhotoPOP! also introduces a new way to send personalized photo greetings to loved ones as consumers can add their own written message to create a meaningful gift.

The photo pouches do not require a machine to seal and are easy enough to use for all ages. They come with an envelope and press-on magnets to make mailing and displaying easier.
